1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the ed111 online betting and casino platform, accessible at ed111.io ("the Platform", "ed111", "we", "us", or "our"). ed111 provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related entertainment services to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing ed111.io, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you:

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of ed111 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to users under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing ed111 from any jurisdiction where online gambling services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ed111 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ed111 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ed111. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or as a result of technical error, are strictly prohibited. ed111 reserves the right to close all but one account belonging to the same individual and to void any bets or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

2.4 Personal Capacity

You must be registering and using ed111 in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of another individual, and accounts used for commercial arbitrage or professional betting syndicate activity are not permitted on the Platform without prior written authorisation from ed111.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features on ed111, you must complete the account registration process in full. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held on the Platform.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ed111 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

3.3 Account Verification

ed111 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after a significant win, or at any time ed111 deems appropriate for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ed111 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its obligations to prevent money laundering, underage gambling, and fraud. All users must satisfactorily complete the KYC process before withdrawals are processed.

4.1 Required Documents

ed111 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or confirmation of bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account linked to the registered mobile number);
• A selfie or video verification for facial identity confirmation, where required.

4.2 Processing Time

ed111 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high verification volume — including BPL and IPL seasons — processing times may extend to five business days. Users will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documents are required.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a user is unable to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within 30 days of the verification request, ed111 reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze any pending withdrawals, and return the outstanding balance to the deposit source after deducting any associated processing fees.

5 Account Security

The security of your ed111 account is your responsibility. ed111 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and implements server-side fraud detection, but users must also take reasonable precautions to protect their own account credentials.

You must not share your password, PIN, or any one-time passcode with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent ed111 customer support. ed111 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ed111 support immediately at [email protected]. ed111 will investigate suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further activity while the investigation is ongoing.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ed111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ed111's discretion. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

6.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed within the account wallet section at the time of transaction.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the ed111 wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect due to card network processing times. ed111 does not charge a fee on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts before 17:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed same-day. Requests submitted after 17:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. ed111 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 24 hours for verified accounts under normal conditions.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, and only to the account registered in the same name as the ed111 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ed111 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

ed111 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and seasonal promotions (including BPL and IPL season offers and Eid special promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering contribution of each game type towards bonus requirements is set out in the applicable promotion terms. Generally, sports bets contribute 100% and slots contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotions.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ed111 actively monitors bonus usage for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; coordinating bonus usage across accounts in a syndicate. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided without notice.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. ed111 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ed111 are subject to the platform's published betting rules and to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have sufficient available balance in your ed111 wallet and that you accept the displayed odds at the time of bet confirmation. Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended except as specifically provided in the applicable market rules.

8.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. ed111 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market or event from betting without notice. Winnings are calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time the bet was placed and are credited to the account wallet upon event settlement.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ed111 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared; a manifest pricing error is identified; the market is suspended due to a technical fault; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the user's wallet with no winnings paid.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football, handball, and other events. In-play odds update in real time and may be suspended during key moments of a match. Bets accepted by the ed111 system during a brief suspension are valid at the odds that were displayed at the time of acceptance unless a manifest error occurred.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

ed111 applies maximum payout limits per event and per account per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are available in the account help section. In the event that a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid.

9 Casino & Slots Rules

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ed111 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity involving insider knowledge of sporting events;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ed111 as a vehicle for money laundering;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer casino games or live dealer environments;
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC process;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, game bugs, or software errors for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ed111 staff or other users via support channels.

• Financial losses incurred through betting or casino activity;
• Loss of data resulting from technical faults, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers;
• Outcomes of bets or casino rounds that were influenced by factors outside ed111's control.

ed111's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the value of the user's account balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits ed111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ed111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ed111 will provide notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of ed111 following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes. ed111 will process account closure requests in accordance with these Terms and will return any withdrawable balance to the verified payment method on file.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes arising from your use of ed111 should in the first instance be submitted to ed111's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and any relevant transaction references.

ed111 aims to resolve all customer disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, ed111 will communicate the outcome of its review in writing and advise on any further steps available to the user.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
